Need to move Norton 360, replacing PC

I have Norton 360 v5.1.0.29  running on 3 PC with more than a year remaining on my subscription.  I am replacing the 3rd PC (Win XP).  I want to remove 360 from that PC and install on the replacement PC.  I have tried to remove 360 with downloaded Norton removal tool with no success.  On running, The removal tool shows a file extraction message then hangs.  How can I remove Norton 360 from this PC and install on the new one using my existing 3 PC license?
