I have forgotten the email address I used to install the Safety Minder software (provider went bust) so I can not access the Online Family nor uninstall Safety Minder using the uninstaller.
I thought best bet would be to clear the program out and start again.
I have reregistered for the Online Family but when I click on the Safetyminder.exe it just goes into the Unistall routine and asks for my email address.
