I am trying to find out which specific 3 PCs I have covered under my Norton 360 License. I have multiple (10+) PCs, some with family members attending college in other states and cannot easily determine which 3 PCs are covered by this particular license. The My Account page only shows me the Product Key and Serial Number of the Norton product, is there somewhere that lists my specific 3 PCs by machine type/model and/or serial number?
Hi markenlisa,
Not sure how practical this solution is - but you could contact all the users, have them go to Support > About and send you the Serial Number for their product and match the S/N listed on each system to the s/n and Product Key shown in your Norton Account against each Product license.

Yanks suggestion is the best really. The license is controlled by Symantec but it would be wrong of us to reveal the mechanism.
I have 21 licences under control so I know exactly the problem. I found the best way was to print out the Mynorton account information and then write the PC name (say as displayed in network) against each licence installs.
Soon there will be a way to deactivate a licence but not to identify the PC against which you are unlicencing.
Meanwhile you might consider Norton Management as a useful additional tool.
Thank you for the feedback, which was not the answer I wanted to hear, but at least confirms my understanding of how the product works and that I was not missing some menu path to access the info on multiple PCs. As it is, I typically only hear from my out-of-town college students/children when they want something from ME, so I will have some challenge to get them to each sit down and validate the information for me, then track manually.
Thanks for the response, Cheers!
To help you in the future you can install Norton Management on your PC. If all 10 PCs are licenced under your keys in your Norton Account, you can manage all of them from your PC. All the PC users will have to install the application on their PC, then you are all set.
