I have been using inmotion hosting for a good while and have enjoyed the ease of using their templates and shopping cart. I am a tiny business that sell art prints. Recently I added credit card availability for purchases. My site has been hacked! It keeps changing my settings making it possible to steal someones card numbers possible.
This morning I had to write a customer and tell her to keep an eye on her statements for unauthorized use. I felt terrible!! I don't even have enough income to cover my basic bills but feel so bad I am shipping her order for free.
I'm through with this company.
I trust Norton's opinion and would love suggestions for web hosting companies I can trust that are easy to use, have a shopping cart and not very expensive.
