Okay, I have checked the east asian language to be UNCHECK and it was automatically unchecked. I tried LIVE Update and it DID NOT produced any results. I am running WINFAX PRO 10.2 and key number 143.0752.692.3063. I have found version 10.4 BUT I cannot install this update UNTIL I installed version 10.3. I have READ all posting regarding this issue and verified any advise given to those individuals, which proves that the installation was correct. I am running Windows XP SP2 and ALL updates are installed.
Can someone direct me to a link to get WINFAX PRO UPDATE VERSION 3.0 FROM SYMANTEC WEBSITE as it will be very difficult to trust other websites that could potential harm my system.
