Neither NSwB or Norton ConnectSafe Block AMTSO Phishing Page

As the title suggests, the AMTSO Phishing Page is NOT blocked by NSwB or Norton ConnectSafe.

I have reported this issue by the link on the Norton Toolbar before but it has not made any difference, so I have created this thread to bring it to the attention of Symantec.
