have purchased the Norton 360 Deluxe software from you. Key: JQJWXFRRFM242BWXVJKTH84D4 Serial number: 99V9XJ4MRFWR
I have been using this program for many years. However, I currently have an issue that needs to be resolved on your end. I have one available slot and it cannot be used on a new device with Windows 11. I am attaching a photo showing where the installation stops, and it behaves the same on other PCs as well. I have purchased this program but I cannot use it to its full potential. I am dissatisfied with this, and my new computer is left unprotected.
The first thing to check is to open Norton 360 Classic interface on your devices by clicking on the Norton icon in the system tray and clicking on Open Norton 360.
Then click on Settings > Administrative Settings and be sure Remote Management is turned on.
That will allow the device to be listed in your account. It may take a little time as it is not instantaneous.
To get an accurate list of devices, log into your Norton account and click on the user icon at the top right, then click on My Subscriptions.
Then find your current subscription and click on Manage Licenses to see the list of devices activated on that subscription. (credit peterweb)
You can confirm your remaining available activations by signing into your Norton Account and click on the user icon at the top right. Then click on My Subscriptions and look for your current 360 subscription. That will show how many devices are activated against your subscription. Clicking on Manage Licenses will show you which devices are activated. Check this list to ensure there is no duplication of devices. If you removed 360 from an old device, that does not remove it from the My Subscription list. You can remove any device that should no longer be there by clicking on the trash can beside that device.
