neosploit activity 3 - attacking computer shows my IP

I have NIS 2010 and it just recently blocked an attack HTTP Neosploit 3 but the attacking computer IP/name and the source address are mine (my IP address) and the source address is a random IP that's listed as being in San Antonio. The attacker url starts with dhfeqldgfxa.com/kavs/kav6.htm/ then a long string of random characters and originated from firefox.exe.  The attack happened when right after a pop up advertisement loaded.

This is the first time I've had an attack blocked that listed my computer as the attacker so basically I'm wondering if I need to be worried about this (and that my computer is potentially infected with a virus) or is that a common thing - and should everything be okay since Norton blocked it?

Also first post here so let me know if I missed anything and thanks in advance for the help!
