I'm not sure if I should post this in the Norton forum or the Microsoft forum. I upgraded to Windows 10 yesterday. Now, whenever I start my computer, I receive a black pop-out panel, with a red circle, that says "Network Firewall." When I click it, it will ask me if I want to turn on Norton or go with Windows. I click Norton and it asks me to click another button to activate the file called wsctub.exe. How do I get this thing to turn on as soon as I start up? I have the feeling my computer is vulnerable for a few minutes after I sign in.
