Network Insight (AKA Forced paranoia)

I'm getting sick of downloading indie games and them being a "Virus" when they're clearly not a virus. I mean, how the hell is ANY file supposed to get a "good reputation" if when it's under so many views everyones computer deletes it? I've even tried to turn off "insight protection" but it continues to give me WS.reputation reasons and deleting things. I think that this network insight thing is just an excuse for companies like this not to do their job. Sure it does technically protect people because they never have to open the 1 in 1000 legit files they try to download that actually are a virus. But that's life, I expect anti-virus software to actually tell me when theres a "virus" not a "Could possibly be a virus based on who it hangs out with". What happend to definitions? Yes there are a lot of them and there are more every day, but that's why we pay you, we could be paranoid ourselves.

After writing all this I even realised that this particular "Evil file", Zero Online, a game I want to try out, can't even be restored! What kind of **bleep** is that. I can't even put myself at risk (even though it's clearly not a disk and norton are just being lazy **bleep**s)

Yes this post has bad language but I'm pissed at you and you hung up on me when I tried to call you. I HAVE A PROBLEM. I want my god **bleep** file that I spent days downloading just to have your stupid faulty program delete it PERMANENTLY! Get your act together and do your job or more people (with good reason) will start spending their time trying to hack YOUR asses. **bleep**. Give me my **bleep** file back I don't have time for this.
