Network Security Map is not opening

Hello

When i click Network Security Map under Network Protection it doesnot open. My operating system is Windows 8.1 and Norton Internet Security is version 21.1.0.18 kindly help me to resolve this issue

You could click Support > Get Support and see if that solves the problem, but if not...

 

It sounds like a job for the Norton Remove & Reinstall Tool.  I recommend backing up /exporting a copy of your ID Safe data in both CSV and DAT formats before you begin.

 

When the NRnR tool has done it's job remember to run Live Update, restarting if required, until no more updates are available.

Hi,riyazkassamali. Welcome. Have you tried clicking on your Norton UI Support/Get Support and running Autofix, to see if it fixes anything ?

 

On first use of the Network Security Map, it needs to be initialised. Has this been done ?

I had clicked Support n ran Autofix but it says no issues found Norton Internet Security is running good

Hi, again. If you still have the issue you may want to take Krusty13's advice and run the Norton Remove and Reinstall Tool, as this will give you a fresh copy, and may resolve the network problem.
