My cable company installed a new ARRIS brand Telephony Gateway modem in my home. Since it was installed, the NIS Network Security Map lists identified devices but keeps jumping back and forth between them. It is almost impossible to edit a device's settings due to the constant movement.
This did not occur with the previous cable modem used by the cable company.
Has anyone experienced this behaviour and is there something that can be done to resolve the issue?
