I recently installed the latest version of Norton Security on my machines. My subscription was going to expire so I got the latest version (my usual practice).
Anyway, after installation I could not find the "Network security map" feature, and contacted Norton support who told me that this feature had been removed in the latest version. This is much to my dismay because I had found this to be helpful. The Norton support team said that this was not a frequently used feature and was removed.
However, I could not see any mention about the network map feature being removed in the Norton material about the new version. If I had known this, I would have simply renewed my subscription for the old version.
Not happy!
