I have an icon on my Network Security page that won't go away.  It belonged to a computer that no longer exists on my network and will never exist on it again.  I can't seem to find out any way to get rid of the thing! 

 

I emailed Tech Support and was told that it was "impossible" to get rid of the icon.  This is, of course, not true because I an always do a clean uninstall of Norton 360 and re-install it.  This strikes me as swatting flies with a sledge-hammer and I am hoping that there is a less drastic and time-consuming solution.

 

Any suggestions?
