Network Unavailable

Recently noticed in past few days been getting the following  "Norton Mobile Security" "Network unavailable" when in google play. Usually Norton scans an app, but it's not doing it now.  Have Galaxy S6 Edge +, running Android 6.01 Marshmallow.

Could be a compatibility issue with Android 6.01, not sure but Norton needs to sort this out soon. Have uninstalled Norton mobile and re-installed, no change.

I have found a solution for galaxy s7 it mau work on others but not sure. Look under the pre scan for my latest solution only a few days ago
