Never again! The same response from live chat, “please uninstall Norton product then use the Norton removal tool to do a fresh install of NIS 2012. But, now NIS does not work at all, updates fail, ID safe will not work, nor will quick scans or reputation scans. For a company like Norton I expect better, this should never have been released!!!?? I’ve been a Norton customer for 4 ½ yrs, I am no longer using their software and have subscribed to F-Secure; I do not care about reviews, as most are crap/fake. I’m disgusted, and angry to have spent money on software that’s not even suitable for a beta.
