We had NIS 2010 and a couple weeks before it expired we bought and installed NIS2011. It went fine and the "days remaining" is at like 340.
Now every week we get an email from Norton saying that our subscription has expired and we need to renew.
Why? How do we stop this?
For that matter, other than this forum, is there any way to contact Symantec directly? I can no longer find anything other than FAQ's on the website; no email link or telephone number, no live chat, etc. etc. Is it in the 'pertner's program"? that sounds like its for businesses or resellers.
