Never-ending tutorial videos

I'm on a HP 280-G MT (mini-tower) PC, OS is Windows 10 Professional -- Norton product is Norton 360 with Lifelock, Select version (subscription started about Jan 26).

ISSUE -- I'm new to Norton.  Just learning.  Found the  Norton tutorial videos, thought, "NEAT".  Selected the video on cloud (or local) backups.  Short, fairly informative.  Not bad.  When it was done, I clicked the [X] in upper-right corner to close it.  It closed...but the video's audio kept running through it, over and over.  I had to leave the tutorial site to make it stop (or just turn off my speakers).  REALLY DUMB!  It would be nice of you to fix this, but it isn't a show-stopper, just an annoyance.

No error messages.

To reproduce, just select one of the Norton tutorials.

Your are most welcome and thanks for those kind words. Hopefully the team will have a look at this soon. Their plates are definitely full with all that has taken place of late.

Cheers

Thanks, SoulAsylum, for the near-instantaneous response, and for the validation (...and for the page-refresh work-around).  A large and savory KUDOS to you!

Hello OffGrid9. Validated your issue. What I did was clicked stop on the video player. Closed the video window as you did, the video sound continued. Doing a page refresh stopped the sound. Thanks for reporting, I will ask the team to have a look at this going forward.

Cheers
