I have Norton Security Premium for 5 devices. It is expiring this month, so I have purchased a new key, which I have. At "My Account" I was able successfully to enter the new key for only one of my four devices (Lenovo desktop) by clicking on "Enter a different key". The same process did not work for a Dell Latitude laptop. At "enter a different key", I did so, the display changed indicating it is in process, then it reverted to the old key. For a Lenovo tablet and a LGE LGL41C smartphone, "enter a different key" does not appear. In its place is "manage your anti-theft features". Should I remove the three devices from "My Account" and re-enter them at "Do you want to add another device to Norton Management"? Thank you.
