Hi MehulBhai

Check out Apostolos thread on the link below who appears to have a similar issue.

Can you use the adobe reader to open a different file to see if its adobe or nor that is the problem?

It seems to be false positive as the other OP has already reported the same problem. And see the file path in the image it is clearly a adobe file and it is a genuine plugin from adobe. I am not opening any file, just opening Adobe Reader to check installation after upgrade to check version, plugins, etc., for proper working of the product.

Hi MehulBhai,

Thanks for letting us know about this issue. Our team is trying to reproduce it, and a list of steps to reproduce the detection would help immensely. Detailed steps to reproduce this detection would help us resolve it quickly. Thanks.

Thanks Tony_Weiss.

But it seems the problem is now solved before I could upload anything on the site you mentioned in your private message to me. The False Positive is removed.

I followed the procedure of checking Adobe Reader installation like version, plugins, etc., after restoring the file from Qurantine and instructing not to mark it for further detection in case of Real Positive.

Now it doesnot detect as Virus.

Thanks again
