New Board for Norton Safe Web

Isn't this a situation where creating a transient board may potentially be a viable alternative (boards similar to those used for the Public Beta testing)?

It could be, that's not a bad idea. We typically reserve the "transient board" (I really like that expression!) idea for boards where the answers will not be relevant in the future. Public Beta is a great example -- most of the issues found in Public Beta will not be found in the released product. When the board goes away, so does the information and the help.

Like Dave mentioned previously, there are some changes coming shortly that should help this situation. Thanks for your patience and your great ideas!
