I have had Norton Antivirus for several years, and have been renewing my subscription every year. The last renewal was this past March. The computer I was using had Windows Xp Professional on it. That computer crashed and I ended up buying a new computer with Windows 7 on it. The disc I had with the Norton Antivirus on it will not load on this new computer, so I went to my account and tried downloading from there, but I keep getting notices saying my trial period is just about over and I have to purchase. I don't want to lose the last six months of my current subscription and start over.
Any ideas as to what I can do?
