My old laptop computer was locked by an outside source. So I had to buy a new computer. I had Norton Life lock on the other device and I would like to know if I have to down load any information on the new computer or not. I purchased my new computer from Best Buy and their people were to down load what they could onto the new computer but I am not sure. Could you let me know if I have to do anything on my end to get my new computer secure with my Norton/Life Lock.

You will need to download and activate Norton from your Norton Account onto the new computer.

You can free up the activation from the old computer while in your Norton Account by clicking on the user icon at the top right and clicking on My Subscriptions. Then click on Manage licences for your current subscription and click on the trash can beside the old computer's activation.
