I've checked and gotten the latest updates. I have a lot of sectors going bad on my harddrive, so I want to do a disk-disk copy.
I am running XP Pro-SP3 and have Sata drives...they actually are identical drives...the new one and the one going bad. When the wizard came up, I clicked disk copy. I get an error saying Cannot read drive properties. If I click Show Detaisl I get
-Error E1ADDA52: Cannot read drive properties.
--Object reference not set to an instance of an object.

I can't find anything related to that on the Symantec Website. Any ideas?
