I just did a new install of Norton Security Premium which I purchased at Costco. It is the 10 device version. After I installed this new software, which is replacement of an older version of Norton, it proceeded to delete a number of dll and api files needed for Adobe Acrobat. I could not figure out how to recover those deleted files - Norton deleted them without any warning or having a way to undelete them. I had to reinstall the application. This is very disappointing. This is the first time I have encounter this problem of deletions with no way to recover files. I will not be installing this product on any other devices. I have been using Norton software since Peter Norton created it. As soon as I can find another acceptable security software replacement, I will be deleting this software. It is totally unacceptable for software like Norton that has been around this long to function this way.
