I purchased Norton 360 Premier on 6/3 and downloaded it to my laptop currently in use. There were no issues and as it was a renewal, all features transfered including the password manager.That laptop "died" shortly thereafter.
This morning, I attempted to install the Norton 360 Premier on my new laptop. It appears to have downloaded properly except the system is requesting a password to access the Vault. I've never had to use a password to access the Vault (and my passwords) and tried every combination the password hint suggested (I've only one granddaughter). The system then suggested that I go to my home page and reset the vault information using the "settings". I went to https://account.norton.com and signed in but cannot find any icon, tab, etc. that is designated "settings" and I don't know of any other home page.
Any help will be greatly appreciated.
