New Laptop -Need to install Norton from subscription?

Issue abstract:I can’t figure out how to install Norton 360 onto my new windows based laptop.

Detailed description: I have a subscription for Norton 360 but when I try to download Norton onto my new laptop nothing happens and I end up at the same dead end.

Product & version number: Norton 360 standard

OS details: Windows 11

I don’t think my Windows 11 is either of those types. It is Windows 11 Home. According to my subscription I am sharing the subscription with 5 family members, and I am supposed to be able to download it to a certain number of my devices.

and how many seats are currently used?

Did you check the link above with information about S mode? That mode will block you from installing the ‘regular’ 360. You have to install Norton protection from the Windows App Store, also noted in a link above.
