New laptop win 10 pre installed,unable to launch Norton main menu,in toolbar ,but will launch scan,live update....ect
in fact all functions except main menu!!
So unable to get to Identity safe ect, as running Firefox and this version says not compatible.vers 42
Have had it working before but on rebooting or turning laptop of fit gets this problem yet works fine on my Desktop...
Have installed upgraded a few times Norton that is but still this problem continues. HELP am fed up with Norton at the moment.
