I just installed the new version of N360 Premier (21.0.1.3) on my 3 computers and work fine on 2 of them. Whenever I try to open N360 Premier on my 3rd machine it crashes and Win7 says it's closing the program. If I right-click on the system tray icon and try to run things from there (like Quick Scan, Liveupdate, etc) it doesn't crash. I'm running an ATI Radeon 6450. Could it be video related?
It seems to be fine as long as I don't try to open it. I've rebooted the machine several times hoping that might have resolved it and it didn't. Anyone else having this problem? It ran fine on the prior version.

Was there any other security program on the 3rd PC, or did you just upgrade from a previous version of 360?

I had SpyBot Search& Destroy on there but I removed it thinking it may be the culprit then rebooted. Same problem. I guess I'll have to try Dick's nuclear option. :)
I just upgraded from the previus 360 version.

Please let us know if thr NRNR will work with your new V21 of 360. Some tools do not work at first when a new version of the Norton products is released.
Update: I installed the latest drivers for my ATI card and it now works so it was indeed a video issue as I predicted.
As for NRnR.exe, it does NOT work with the latest version of N360 as of this writing.
