New NAV 11 Mac install will not update OS 10.6.6

I have done a new install on one of our iMacs at work. It never has had any Norton product on it.

 

OS is 10.6.6.

 

When I run Live update nothing will update. If I reboot the Mac and try to run Live update, nothing updates.

 

I bought NAV from Amazon. The install CD says it is version 11.1. How do I fix this issue so NAV is fully functional?
