Put in my newly purchased CD and all that will work is it downloaded Microsoft Picture It! 9 which I already had. It finally took out my expired 2011 NIS, but will not put in the new one. I downloaded the newest version from the web--but it will not let me put in my product key--it just says that my old version is expired. Please help.
