This old and new interface combine thogetter are really confusing I would love to see completley new modern and redesign UI for Norton this has been for years all the same. What about you guys? Maybe in 2021 will be new Norton UI??
To mitigate the two separate windows problem, in the Device Security Window, under "My Norton" Category, you could place few buttons in the same fashion as all other categories, that allow VPN, parental controls and Dark Web Monitoring to be managed. This will allow you to effectively kill the "My Norton" window.
I know that PC and Android Norton 360 apps are very different but I would like to see some streamlining and commonality between the two.
For example if the panels are Security , Monitoring, Privacy in the Android app then there should be the same panels in the PC version with differing functionality behind them of course. The more they look alike the easier for the user to interpret.
Kaspersky has definitely the best and most eye-catching user interface among security suites. It's smooth, modern, and flat-designed. It doesn't confuse the user with many buttons or such things.
One thing they can immediately fix is to make Norton logos consistent with the plan the user bought. For example, I bought Norton 360 Deluxe, then my Norton's logo should be appeared as Norton 360 Deluxe at the top left corner of the app and so forth. Currently, all Norton plans are shown as NortonLifeLock Security.
Thank you @Gayathri_R for hearing us! Its really time for new fresh, slick and clean design after all this years with old GUI.
For me personally, something like this would be amazing to see.. just example of main dashboard layout.. how it can looks like and of course with different colors, toggles etc.
or
or this one
And of course ability to choose between LIGHT or DARK (my favorite) mode is really needed in today's times!
I just look at others companys AV look in 2021 and I think Avira Antivirus 2021 has pretty nice, slick and clean interface. But in other hand for example something like Bitdefender is really to much toggles and confusing to use.
