I have Norton Wifi on my mobile, and added to my account, I have seen you are now offering it with 5 devices for just a few dollars more then I'm paying with my mobile subscription. Users were complaining as you are aware of a single device coverage for this price, and it appears you have changed that. Now my question is, I just paid for this single license version about a month ago, but would like to have all 3 of my devices covered, so I'm assuming I'm going to have to buy another license to do so, even though I already have a single license? Is this something that can be converted without having to spend another $40.
For those interested. I now have obtained the multiple device cross platform. I installed on it on all the mobile devices and my main PC. My main PC has Norton Security installed. I installed Norton Wifi Privacy and it worked right away. I walked away from the system came back and found it signed out of my account and it would not sign back in. This was due to it not being in the applications list in the firewall of NS and it was being blocked from connecting out. I had to manually add it into the application list and allow it out, and now it works fine. Why a rule was not created automatically, I'm not sure. I thought I would share this information.
We all started at the beginning and worked our way up. Any help is appreciated. Don't be shy.
Anytime.I was hesitant to reply with the info at first as I was feeling my way around what is appropriate to post here information wise as I'm new. I do how ever plan to be around this forum more often and help contribute.
Thanks for the info.
I thought you might have to go that route, as long as you were within the 60 days. Will have to wait to see what happens for someone who is beyond that time frame.
Actually no, because it was purchased through Google Play store, I had to contact them and ask for a refund so that I may now buy the other package directly from Norton of which Google Play store worked with me on it as i had only had the license for around 2 weeks and they gave me the refund.
So, was Support able to set you up with the new multiple device subscription? This information will help others that run into this.
Thank you as well for your response, I have it taken care of, look forward to adding it to all my devices.
There is a 60 day money back guarantee on Norton products. You could contact Norton Support and explain what you want to do. They should be able to arrange something for you.
