New Norton

@Norton / @Symantec - provide a product that subscribers pay for - or provide a refund for any down time / service not functional. Since the new update, services are just not working. If Norton was a restaurant, I would have walked out without paying, no tip, no bill. Such is the dire service of late. Rather be obsessed with taking customers money, take responsibility for the poor service of late. I am seriously considering switching to another provider, after 20+ years of multiple Norton services.
