New Norton360 update doesn't work on Big Sur, even support couldn't help

Norton 360 for Mac OS Big Sur just doesn't work.  Used the Norton removal tool, and deleted everything.  Restarted and re-installed and guess what?  it doesn't work.  So I got online with Chat Support.  They said, Update it!  You can't update something that doesn't install.  Then, chat switched me to a Mac specialist.  You know what?  she said, Wait for an update!!!!!  seriously, the update has already been issued.  We live on unprotected computers, but our monthly subscription is still being paid.  Please tell for what?

  1. Backup your documents, occasionally your media libraries and desktop if you have something on them;
  2. Create a bootable Mac OS 11 Big Sur USB key, thank to: https://osxdaily.com/2020/08/14/how-make-macos-big-sur-beta-boot-install-drive/, plug in, restart, press option Alt, choose your USB key - in the installer menu, don't choose to upgrade, but erase and install freshly then;
  3. Freshly install Norton 360.

It works on my old Intel Mac:
