New PC with Windows 7 and cannot use product key

Hi,

 

I recently bought a new laptop, previous laptop crashed, with Windows 7. I still have a valid Norton Internet Security license until July 2012, but I cannot use the license key because I get the message "Cannot activate because of the number of installations reached". How can I reinstall my still valid product key on my new laptop?
