New Phone

I have followed these instructions on your website (http://bit.ly/wv1mWm) for switching from nexus II to galaxy nexus but there is no "activate now", can only buy new subscription. This is dissappointing as your licence is quite expensive and i was hoping to be able to transfer your app with my account from my old to my new phone. please let me know if how to go on. thx!

You will have to contact Norton Support Live Chat which is free and

explain that you have a new device and you would like to transfer the

current Android Market purchased Norton Mobile Security subscription

across from the old device to the new device.

 

Make sure you have your Google receipt that would have been emailed

to you after the original purchase of Norton Mobile Security from the

Android Market.

 

Just follow the steps in the link then select Chat Now-

 

www.norton.com/chat

 

When that is complete your new Android device will be safe and secure

with the protection from Norton Mobile Security. :-)

 

If you could let let us know  how you go as this information could be helpfull

I hope this works out for you but you should be aware that the software has changed quite a lot since the earlier entries in this thread were posted.  So if you do have any problems it would probably be helpful if you told us what version of Norton Mobile Security you are using and where you got it from.
