New Premium - Poor feature choice - Lost days

I've been a Norton user for over a decade. Over the past year I've used 360. This year I had to get Security Premium, paying quite a bit more, just to get backup. I have no need for kid features or extra storage, but those and backup are the only differences between the new Deluxe and Premium. This is the first time I've been disatisfied with the choice of packaged features, and consider it a sly rip-off.

I installed Premium today, and the remaining 14 days of my 360 subscription went poof....They were always added on to the new subscription before. Now the website says they are only added on if you renew through the website, which I've NEVER done. So Norton can get next year's price two weeks sooner? If I had known, if the package had noted the change, I would have waited to install.

I am strongly considering different security next year. Sorry, Symantec. You just don't treat me as well as you used to.

Thank you, Norton Fighter. Marivel in Chat added my days back. Not a total solution, but nice to do. It's just a few days, but green is tight these days, right?

Addition to above, by me. I also miss getting a product key, AND a disc, like we used to. It's sometimes nice to have a hard copy of a program. What does a CD cost in large quantity, a dollar?
