I recently installed an new release version / upgrade to my existing Norton product suite. I can no longer add new web sites and passwords to my Norton identity Safe file records. Consequently, I no longer have the auto-fill capability of Norton Identity Safe.
Is this a common problem and is there somewhere I can go to resolve the issue.
Some of my old identity Safe auto fills work as previously set up.

Double check you settings for Identity Safe. Click Settings - Web- Identity Safe. Click on 'configure' beside Browsing Options. Make sure you have the correct settings as shown below.

Are you referring to the lack of a popup when you first login to a new site? That popup has been replaced by a bar at the top of the browser page.
