Could you confirm which version ID of N360 you are using (Check Support / About where it is nn.nn.nn.nnn where n is a number)
Also confirm whether it is WIndows 8 or 8.1 the upgrade that you can get for free from the Microsoft Store and that is now coming on many new computers?
Was this a new computer with Windows 8 on it and if so did it have a trial security application installed and you installed N 360? If so how did you remove the trial application and what was the name of it? Most have a special clean up tool you can download from their website and if you name it we can point you in the right direction.
