Hi. Before I challenge a website report, the least I can do is follow Norton procedures for a site re-evaluation BUT when I try to sign into my account which I set up last year, my email address and or my password are not being accepted (I have not changed either of these since last year). When I then go to the 'recover my password' page I get a notice telling me that it is not possible to supply me with a temporary password at the present time. What do I do now? Surely I don't have to sign up all over again or do I?
