New Trojan ?? delnis.bat in the root directory

Has anyone had a file delnis.bat show up on the C: drive?  Like an idiot I deleted it before looking at the properties of the file.  It appears to be trojan that deletes (del) the Norton Internet Security folder from the C: drive.  I had my NIC using Nortons firewall and the scan shows good.  I even scanned the .bat file but it was just that and NIS saw it as fine.

The bat file was something like del /f /s %systemroot%/Norton Internet Security which would obviously be bad.

Anyone??
