Thanks for the notice that 15.1 is now available .. however the visual communication causes problems .. see below ..
When I saw that 15.1 was available, I immediately tried LiveUpdate ..
I did not seem to work ..
As I just installed Ghost, my first thought was "Now what did I do wrong".
I tried LiveUpdate several times .. and had the same result .. it would flash .. ie seem to start then go no where.
I had other things to do .. so I went no further with this issue as the version I had seemed to work.
I have since come back knowing that updates are important and read your full message re 15.1.
I now realize that I really do have 15.1 installed as the version # seems to be the correct one.
However, I did waste time and this could cause other issues with other people as the title (red arrow does nto reflect the correct version #). Take the ".0" out or show the correct version as this will minmize calls to Symantec to fix a non-error.
As well can you ask that LiveUpdate be changed to indicate that you are already "current" (as many other apps currently do).
Another question is why does Norton Ghost not show up in MyAccount info ?? .. all other recent Symantec updates are.
