New version blocked all programs

Just installed the latest version of Norton 360. I have 2 logins on my PC, one personal and one for work. In the work login, all programs are blocked from opening. I’ve checked the firewall settings and programs are allowed, so it appears no different to the personal login.

I couldn’t fix this without completely uninstalling Norton (which I’ve used for years previously)

Hello rockpile. There are a couple of Guru’s who have the new 24.xx version who may chime in with some help. With the current issues being reported I have chosen to block the upgrade offered to me just this morning when I booted up for those reasons.

Can I suggest that you reset the Norton firewall and restart the PC to see if that makes any changes happen.
