New version

Respectfully, I am a client of Norton for years, I have Norton Internet Security, my version is 21, recently I noted that there is a new version 22 with new screens, but I am not able to upgrade to it, it calls Norton Security, when I referred to the Norton's centre, they told me I must update my account , billing information, in order to have the above version but I am not able to do that, because:

1-I always buy NIS from the shops

2- I do not have credit card

my present NIS has still over 223 days remanning, and why must I pay again for a new version??!! why did the Norton not tell its client that NIS would be ended to the Norton Security??!! and so a client would not be obligated to pay for second time!! if I had known that NIS would be changed or terminated, I would have not paid again for NIS , I do not understand why the Norton does not want to give possibility to the its clients to upgrade from NIS to the above new version 22 of Norton Security??!! this Norton's behaviour is absolutely unjust, the Norton is profiting the users

Hello gatehouse

One thing I would like to point out. If you buy your new product outside the Norton store and most of the time, you will find a better price outside of the Norton Store and you receive a new key with the new purchase, please do not wait until the product expires to put in the new key. Please insert the new key where it says renew or similar word about a day or 2 before the subscription expires since the product stops working once the subscription ends.

If you buy your new subscription from the Norton Store for the same product, that is a new NIS if you are using NIS now, then the additional time will be added on to your remaining subscription. If you use the key from a purchased product outside the Norton Store, then entering the new key will delete what ever remaining time there is left.

In any event, please do not  wait until the product expires before entering a new key. Thanks.
