Newbie help needed, "one click support" window pop-up

Hi.

 

For some reason, every time I turn my computer on a pop-up "one click support' window comes up, along with a error code number?   Tried to follow correction prompts without sucess??  (Norton internet security)

Hi,

 

can you please tell us the error code numbers?

Plus the exact version of your Norton product:
1. Open the main window
2. Click on Help & Support -> About menu
3. On the About window find the version number (it will look like this: 18.5.0.125)

I'm not sure I was able to follow the instructions correctly (not vert computer savy), but the "problem" seems to be gone anyway?  Thanks for your help!
