Newbie Questions: Win 7 Sleep Mode and Ghost 15 Backups

I've had Ghost Version 15 for a while but I've never really explored it in detail, sticking to the essential one-time backups etc.

Two things play on my mind:

1. If you are running a backup of all disk drives and are using the computer in the meantime, does Ghost back up the changes as it goes so that the drives and the backup are synched at the *end* of the backup process? (SQL Server works like this). Or do you risk corruption if it backs up some sectors of the drive in one state and some sectors in another because you've made changes?

2. If you go into Windows 7 Sleep mode during a backup and then restart, have you corrupted your backup or will Ghost resume successfully without corruption?

Thanks for your patience.
