[NF 2.9.0.21] Very high ping!

Hi everyone,

I have NF 2.9.0.21 installed on a Windows 7 pc and NIS 2013. Before the last update of NF, my ping was 35 ms. Today with NF 2.9.0.21 is 118 ms. If I disable NF ping return to 35 ms.

Hi Axios,

 

I pinged the Norton Family website and test results are minimum =78ms, Maximum= 80ms, Average =79ms on the PC with Norton Family 2.9.0.21.

 

Please let us know if you are in US. If so, what state are you in?

I live in Italy. For measure the ping I use speedtest.net

Update: the problem is still on 2.9.0.26.
