NF Still Won't Load In Windows 8

After so long Norton Family will no longer load not even Norton Family features. Why? I even set it correctly & in order.  Can one of you Norton Tech people provide me a fix for this please?

Hi EPL_360,

 

If you log onto the PC as a monitored child and visit a blocked website, do you get blocked (just try to see if Norton Family is actually installed on the PC correctly or not)?

No I don't get blocked although the NF settings in my account are all enabled but I still don't get blocked.

Do you use the Windows 8 machine in Metro mode?  Doe it make any difference if you use it in traditional windows desktop mode?

 

Have you tried to uninstall/reinstall Norton Family on the PC to see if it helps?

I use both desktop & the Metro Screen. I've tried uninstalling it & reinstalling it & it still continues to do the same thing. (Not Load)
