NG 14 - COM Surrogate error

Hi, 

 

I'm receiving the COM Surrogate error every time I run Norton Ghost backup with options, incremental.  I can OK the message and the backup continues.  I searched the error message in the forum and there are many/many messages and I browsed some and see no fix.  Please advise.

I would suggest you to follow the troubleshooting steps provided in the following support article:

 

Error: "COM Surrogate has encountered a problem and needs to close..." when creating a backup using Norton Ghost
